There are different definitions of wellbeing for various people. A good night on a soft bed could be wellbeing when you're tired; delicious food could be wellbeing when you feel hungry after a whole day working. What wellbeing means depends on what they need in their current situation with less effort. As an international student abroad alone, it seems to me that being together with my family could make me feel well-being. But that feeling only lasted for a couple of weeks, because they no longer appear in my daily life as time goes on. I would like to call this way of life a "second life". Now, finishing all the work and having weekends to be a time to hang out is wellbeing for me. Before such a sufficient life, I had a 6-month holiday in China! No work, no stress, no need to care about anything, just have fun. I sometimes miss that time was so good hope to be back then or have another half-year holiday. However, I didn't realize this kind of happiness at that time. In fact, I have always been in a state of happiness. So I will always tell myself that the present moment is already a state of well-being. The moment I become aware of happiness, happiness is already within me.
